Can't you just see Dad in the garage cutting out "Merry Christmas" signs for the yard and wiring them with G.E. Lights while mom whips up a batch of Christmas cookies! Ok, we've had our "Leave it to Beaver" moment.
These days Mom would probably pick up the cookies at the supermarket on her way home from work and Dad would order the light sculptures on line and have UPS deliver it as the pizza delivery guy brings dinner to the door.
