Hi Lisa,

I'm still tall, getting thinner, but most days I FEEL much older than 41.  There's one shelter that has a phone nearby and so everybody, of course, orders pizza.  One of the funniest things I've seen lately was when the pizza showed up and this group of about a dozen hikers had to get up from the steps of the visitor's center and walk about 30 feet to the car.  Everyone was excited about the food arriving and wanted to hurry over to the car, but they couldn't.  This group of 20-somethings slowly hobbled along looking like a group from the retirement home boarding the bus to go play bingo.  I wonder if anyone's done the Trail yet using a walker?
