Personal Speed Dial Codes

1. Dial FEATURE 00.

2. Dial FEATURE plus a two-digit speed dial code you wish to set (80-99).

3. Dial the telephone number you wish to assign to that speed dial code.

4. Dial FEATURE 00.



Dial Personal Speed Dial Codes

1. Lift your handset or press SPKR button.

2. Dial FEATURE plus the two-digit speed dial code for the number you wish to dial (80-99).



Programming a Feature Code to an Unused Button

1. Dial FEATURE 00.

2. Press an unused button you wish to program.

3. Dial FEATURE and the two-digit code you wish to assign. (see FEATURE code list above)

4. Dial FEATURE 00.



Programming an Auto-Dial Intercom to an Unused Button

1. Dial FEATURE 00.

2. Press an unused button you wish to program.

3. Press the left INTERCOM button once.

4. Dial the two-digit extension number or dial * plus the two-digit extension number.

5. Dial FEATURE 00.



Programming an Outside Auto-Dial to an Unused Button

1. Dial FEATURE 00.

2. Press an unused button you wish to program.

3. Dial an outside telephone number you would like dialed when this button is pressed.

4. Dial FEATURE 00.



Transferring Calls Between Extensions

1. While on call, press the TRANSFER button.

2. Dial the two-digit extension number you wish to transfer the call to.

3. If you wish to speak to the person at the other extension about the call before sending it to them, stay on the line and wait for them to answer. Otherwise, hang up to release the call from your extension and complete the transfer.

4. If the extension that the call was transferred to does not answer the call, the call will be returned back to your extension.



To Ring an Extension

1. Lift your handset or press the SPKR button.

2. Press an INTERCOM button.

3. Dial the two-digit extension number to ring and wait for them to answer call.



To Voice Signal an Extension

1. Lift your handset or press the SPKR button.

2. Press an INTERCOM button.

3. Dial * plus the two-digit extension number, wait for a beep, then speak. Your called party will hear your voice over their telephone's built-in speaker (if the telephone is idle).
