How to join the NRLCA:
  1. Open the Link to the form below.

  2. Print out 3 copies.
  3. Fill out all the forms. Be sure to include your Social Security Number.
  4. Sign all 3 copies.
  5. Retain 1 copy for your records, send the other two copies to your state secretary.
