The foregoing code of ByLaws, after having been read twice and debated article by article, was unanimously adopted at the adjournment of the annual meeting on Tuesday, the 6th day of January, A.D. 1824, and was revised by unanimous vote at the semi-annual meeting held June 18, 1889, and at the annual meeting December 20th, 1892, and was revised at the annual meeting December 18, A.D. 1906, and was again revised December 17th, 1935, and was again revised December 23,1941, and was again revised December 20, 1960, and was again revised December 17, 1968, and was again revised December 21, 1971, and was again revised December 18, 1990.
