It was so nice to meet you and experience your incredible lobster bake for my daughters wedding. We could not have been more pleased with the meal and the wonderful service. So Many guests told me that on a scale of 1 to 10 the food was definitely a 10 I still can’t get over how the corn and potatoes were both perfectly done right along with the lobster. The Steak, chicken and ribs were incredible too, and the corn bread was perfect. We feel so blessed to have the perfect place, the perfect weather and the perfect food for our daughters dream wedding. THANK YOU!

I wanted to tell you that Ben and Caitlin did an amazing job on Thurs. night. Our food was presented very well and the steamers, lobsters and steaks were cooked perfectly! It was the best lobster I have had in a while. It started raining and made it that more challenging for Ben and Caitlin to do their job but they smiled the whole time. Thank you for everything. We had a great time.

I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first thinking how they can transport seafood from such a long distance, set up a lobster bake in the remote woods of New Hampshire and have the ability to serve a quality product. To my surprise and enjoyment, the food, service, preparation, a show in itself was excellent. Now with me being in the business, and we serve tons of seafood weekly, I was one of your biggest critics. I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful presentation of your fabulous Hors d’oeurves and Lobsterbake you served for our wedding. You and your crew made everything possible. The weather was the worst I have ever seen and many of my guests commented that the tent and cake would have blown away if it had not been for your crew holding everything down. You were able to cook 200 Lobsters in the pouring wind driven rain and make every movement look effortless your crew worked like clock work from setting up, saving the cake, cooking, serving and a complete clean up.
