This photo shows the northeast side of North Baldcap Peak and the wild Mahoosuc Range just north of First Mountain. First Mountain is behind and below the notch seen in the upper left side of the photo. North Baldcap is the northeastern most of the three summits of the triangular Baldcap massif, consisting of Baldcap Peak (2,795'), Baldcap (3,065'), and North Baldcap (2,893'). First Mountain, Middle Mountain , and Baldcap Peak lie in a line on a southeasterly axis.
